important! We change our lamps at 1/2 the manufacturer's
recommended life. If a lamp has 1000 hours of rated life, we change
them every 500! Our lamp Distributors think we're nuts, but they
really like us as customers! And we are sure that none of our competitors
can make this claim. You will never see a sign in our window that
says "New - Hot Bulbs". This would be like McDonald's
posting a sign that says "Today, Fresh Hamburgers!"
They, of course, would never do this because all of their customers
who ate there yesterday would wonder exactly what it is they paid
for! Our bulbs are always fresh, always.
We have a professional, factory trained maintenance team to perform
regular maintenance on all of our equipment to keep it in top performing
condition. That means the beds you love are always available for
use. You should never get into one of our beds and see bulbs burnt
